Our 6-Month Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our jewellery. Every Bixby piece comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects from your purchase date.
What's covered:
- Faulty clasps or closures
- Gemstones falling out due to improper setting
- Broken earring posts
What's not covered:
- Normal wear and tear (fading, scratching, tarnishing)
- Damage from mishandling (bent rings, broken chains)
- Exposure to salt water, chlorine, or harsh chemicals
- Lost items or missing components
How to make a warranty claim:
Email customersupport@bixbyandcompany.com.au with:
- Your name and order number
- Contact details (email and phone)
- Brief description of the issue
- Clear photo or video showing the fault
Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind? We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item hasn't been worn
- You have the original packaging
- You have proof of purchase
Ring sizing exchanges: We'll happily exchange rings for the correct size. You cover return shipping, and we charge $7 AUD to send the new size to you.

Items We Can't Accept for Return
For hygiene and quality reasons, these items are final sale:
- All earrings (hygiene regulations)
- Sale or discounted items
- Mystery boxes
- Custom or bespoke pieces
- Made-to-measure items
Order changes: Need to modify your order? Contact us within 24 hours of ordering. After that, production has started and we can't make changes or offer refunds.
Refunds
We only offer refunds (not exchanges or store credit) for major faults as defined by Australian Consumer Law - for example, if the item is unsafe, significantly different from what you ordered, or has a defect that would have stopped you buying it.
BUY 3 GET 15% OFF RETURNS
This offer applies when 3 or more items are purchased in a single order.
If you return part of your order and the number of items kept drops below 3, the discount no longer applies.
In that case, the items you choose to keep will be charged at full price, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
For example: if you bought 3 items and return 2, the item you’re keeping will revert to its original full price.
Wrong Item Received?
We're human and occasionally make mistakes! If we sent you the wrong item, we'll send the correct one as soon as we receive the return. Just email us and we'll sort it out.
Care & Maintenance
Our pieces are delicate and need a little love. While they're durable enough for daily wear and the occasional shower, they're not solid gold (or they'd cost a fortune!). Please treat them gently - avoid bending, pulling, or exposing them to harsh chemicals.
Tarnishing can happen over time depending on how you wear and store your pieces - this is normal and not considered a fault. Check our Wear and Care guide for tips on keeping your jewellery looking its best.
