Once your items have been sent, you will be emailed with your Tracking number.
Expect to receive your item in 1 - 3 business days for express post and 2-4 business days for standard post, once posted. This is a guideline & if there are delays due to the delivery service we’re sorry but it can be a little out of our control.

Once your items have been sent, you will be emailed your tracking number.
When your order reaches the destination country & clears customs, it will be passed on to your local postage provider. You may be able to track your order using the tracking number supplied on the website of your local postal service, approximately 3-5 days after your tracking number is supplied.

Due to the precious nature of items, packages can sometimes require signature on delivery, so when possible list an address where someone accountable will be present to sign.
Should you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card has been left in your letterbox & arrange with your local postal service for redelivery or collection.
If you do not arrange for redelivery or collection promptly, the parcel may be returned & you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your item/s.
Once your tracking number has been supplied, your item has been dispatched & the shipping address cannot be changed.
