Orders may be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery, excluding items subject to final sale listed below.
The following orders on our website are final sale unless faulty:
- International orders shipped to destinations outside the Australia & New Zealand
- Goods in our SALES collections and events
- Earrings; due to health and hygiene laws
- Items designated archive or final sale
- Orders purchased with store credit or gift cards
Purchases made with Afterpay or Paypal will have fees taken from any refund - fees will be waived in the event of the item being faulty.
If you wish to return an item that is eligible for return, please contact customersupport@bixbyandcompany.com.au to initiate the return process. Returns must be authorised by a customer service representative. Do NOT use Instagram DMs for customer service enquiries.
If your purchase is eligible for return, a customer service representative will provide instructions for return. Returns must be shipped within 4 days of authorisation.
Items must be in original, unworn condition, including original packaging, to be accepted for return. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to deny the return and/or deduct a restocking or repair fee from any store credit.
Please pack your goods respectfully to avoid damage—we advise using the box your order arrived in. Bixby & Co will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.
Returns initiated beyond 30 days of receipt of your order, or shipped beyond 4 days of your receipt of a return authorisation, will not be accepted.
Please note that store credit issued as a result of a return excludes any shipping fees paid in connection with the original order and that all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Showering is perfectly fine, but Chlorine and salt are corrosive chemicals and will limit the life of your jewels with prolonged exposure.
Rinse them in clear water after an ocean dunk and keep them away from retinol, perfumes and sunscreens - Careful handling will keep you and your jewels golden!

Beautiful but wears away after a few months of continuous wearing, the gold becomes bronze, but this is a beautiful necklace that I’ve bought a couple times now and as a gift for people :)
Very pretty necklace, for me the size and length is what I was missing from my necklace collection. The only small annoyance I have with it are the chain links. A few like to get twisted so that the necklace doesn't lay flat. I have to fiddle a bit to untwist it.
I am obssessed! Such a great quality product that is exactly as it is advertised. The colours are so bold and is the perfect length. It works perfectly for day and night - it’s so easy to style with different pieces. Can’t wait to get the oval shaped option next :)

It’s so beautiful one of my favourite pieces of jewellery. I wear it everyday and get lots of compliments. I’ve had it for a few months and it’s not tarnished even though I shower with it on.
